Food: Simple home cooked roti prata

It comes in handy when you have frozen roti prata from NTUC Brand in your freezer. It is easy to cook for a simple lunch at home while waiting for my dental appointment at 2.50pm.

Just heat up the frying pan without oil and fried the roti prata with egg. It is easier to fried one side of the prata until the colour change to light brownish, flip to the other side and add in the egg. Note that the egg will need some time to be cooked onto of the brown surface side of the prata.

My preference is to let the egg white or yolk to flow to the circumference of the roti prata and flip to the other side again for a short while say 30 sec to a minute to prevent from over cooked. If you don't like to have egg prata, you can add cheese or whichever things you like to add. No hard and fast rule.

I decided to have a cup of Dilmah Green Tea to go along with as I had been feasting for the past few weeks.
