1 handful of cranberry & blue berry

Kale is a nutritious green leafy vegetable that contains a lot of nutrients. They are Vitamin A , Vitamin B6, Vitamin C,Vitamin K, minerals such as Iron, Potassium etc. Kale contains an antioxidant known as alpha-lipoic acid, which has been shown to lower glucose levels, increase insulin sensitivity and prevent oxidative stress-induced changes in patients with diabetes.
Kale is also high in water content and fiber that helps constipation. Vitamin A is the nutrient for sebum production to keep hair moisturised and for the growth of body tissue including skin and hair.
Iron rich food such as Kale can prevent hair loss which is caused by Iron deficiency.
