Food: Natural Yogurt

Yogurt contains lots of nutrients such as calcium. protein, vitamins etc. Probiotics are bacteria that are friendly and is naturally present inside our digestive system. Live strains of these good bacteria are found in many yogurt products.

We choose Farmer Union Greek Style Yogurt. It is thicker and not that sour. Greek Yogurt has twice the amount of protein, half the amount of carbohydrate & sodium than regular yogurt. Most Greek Yogurt contains no or low fat options. Look at the labels while shopping at the supermarket.

You may want to add some almond, walnuts, raisins, cranberry or blueberry as toppings to go along with.
